What's in it for you: Competitive base salary and benefits package Independence to accomplish goals and requirements with minimal oversight Advancement opportunities with structured career paths Paid relocation to Cincinnati, OH Reimbursement for continuous education and technical training TQL's IT Team offers a hybrid work environment with the ability to work remotely 40 hours per month We win wherever we go Voted a 2019 and 2023 Computerworld Best Places to Work in IT What you will be doing: Act as a product owner, defining vision, driving adoption and managing technical debt Manage hardware and software lifecycle, maintain existing deployments and plan for future use-cases Identify processes or technologies that can increase operational and business efficiencies Provide escalation support for junior network engineers and operations teams Manage the implementation of complex technical solutions with minimal oversight Ensure optimal network performance and network uptime of 99.99% Work within the guidelines of our change management process to conduct appropriate updates Lead troubleshooting efforts in a complex, multi-vendor environment Responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Palo Alto Networks firewalls and related security solutions to protect TQL's network infrastructure Design and implement technical configurations based on business and customer needs, maintain comprehensive documentation, enforce and optimize network security policies and firewall performance, support GlobalProtect VPN, and apply advanced scripting and automation to enhance operation efficiency Implement and maintain security policies Participate in outage bridges with a focus of quickly restoring full functionality Determine root cause and mitigation/remediation efforts to avoid problem recurrence Mentor junior teammates, cultivating strong teamwork and strengthening skill sets Provide 24/7 first level support as part of an on-call rotation What you need: Bachelor's Degree and CCNP Certification or equivalent amount of relevant experience 7+ years of experience operating a
