Java Backend Services Developer Iii
A large financial organization is seeking a Java Backend Services Developer III for a contract role that will sit hybrid onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are in search of a Backend Services Developer who excels not only in technical proficiency but also as a proactive problem-solver, critical thinker, and active participant in development as well as architecture. This role is tailored for a dynamic individual who is a seasoned engineer and also has a strong grasp on application architecture who can help drive innovative solutions, engage actively in project planning, and significantly contribute to our implementation processes. As a member of an agile squad, responsible for implementing new features and enabling capabilities using modern software engineering tools and practices. Adheres to practices and standards, set by communities of practice, and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement. Shares responsibility and accountability for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Doing the right thing for customers and colleagues ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
