Your impact will include: Executing strategy, and roadmap for SMB-focused Prisma Access Browser with AI-driven capabilities Identifying the specific needs, constraints, and behaviors of SMB customers through research, data, and customer feedback Translating technical capabilities in AI into practical and usable features for non-technical SMB users Working closely with engineering, AI/ML, and design teams to develop intuitive capabilities Defining and monitoring key product metrics; using data to continuously improve product performance and adoption Staying informed about the cybersecurity landscape and AI innovations to inform product decisions Your experience should include: 5+ years of product management experience in SMB-focused technology Undergraduate degree in Engineering/Computer Science and MBA is preferred Experience in applying AI/ML to real-world product use cases Demonstrated success in launching and iterating on products for SMB customerswith an understanding of their needs, buying behavior, and constraints Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams Experience working in agile environments and with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Productboard) Our product management team is committed to changing as rapidly as our industry's threats do. They provide behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information on our products for our systems engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in, and helping to implement product-wide technical solutions based on our client's feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $166,000/YR - $268,500/YR.
