Oversees the Daily Operations of Table Games to ensure adherence to all gaming regulations, and Company policies/rules, as well as, manages/supports department staff, and protection of Company assets. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned and/or as seen appropriate. Oversees/Manages the casino floor operations. Interviews, hires and supervises Dealers, Supervisors and Dual Rated Supervisors. Including disciplinary action, discharge, performance evaluations and promotions. Communicates information regarding pit schedules, gaming documents, credit issuance, etc. Responsible for the distribution and security of gaming equipment including cards, dice, shufflers and roulette wheels. Monitors daily schedules to ensure the maximization of labor expenses and the accuracy of payroll data. Respond to guest questions about promotions, gaming incidents and property functions. Handles guest and employee disputes. Ensures that the Table Games Department/Casino is in compliance with State regulatory requirements. Oversees the entire property operations in the absence of Director, Assistant General Manager and/or General Manager. Solid customer relation skills and professional image. Thorough knowledge of all major table games. Preferred 2 years+ Pit Manager experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak in English. Ability to observe and listen carefully, mental and visual alertness, peripheral vision. Displays knowledge of game protection and security procedures, i.e. basic strategy. Competent in basic strategy and card counting. Knowledge of Title 31, internal controls and all Federal, State requirements. Comprehensive knowledge of Company policies and procedures. Good mathematical skills. Computer skills preferred in casino tracking system, Microsoft Word and Excel. High School degree preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Compensation pay range - $65,500 -$104,000 annually. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
