Technical Support Professional, Electronics/Hardware (Finance) As a Technical Support Professional at Honeywell, you will provide technical support to customers and resolve complex issues related to electronics and electrical hardware. You will report to the Technical Support Supervisor and work from our Mason, OH location. Your role will impact customer satisfaction, team performance, and process improvements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate electronics/electrical hardware testing and repairs, including PCB swaps and component-level soldering. Provide expert technical hardware support to resolve complex issues. Collaborate with teams to develop support strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements. Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Keep accurate repair records in digital ticketing and tracking systems. YOU MUST HAVE At least 2 years of hardware technical support experience or similar. Interest and capability in PCB repair and SMT soldering. Knowledge of relevant technologies and products. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Customer-focused attitude. WE VALUE Bachelor's or Associate degree in EET or related field. Strong technical knowledge in hardware repair and electronics. Experience with soldering and reading schematics.
