Position Title: IT - Project Manager II Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA Cleveland, OH Birmingham, AL North Texas Market, TX Ability to work remote: Yes, Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 remote Function of the group: Risk mitigation, implementing change, adding business value, technical changes, increase revenue, cost savings Industry background: Banking or technology preferred for role Team dynamic: Will work directly with lending and technology departments mainly as well as other stakeholders. Varies from project to project, 2-3 crews with size of 20-30 people possibly Roles and Responsibilities: Working with our technical team to implement the changes that they want to do on these projects. Working with our line of business. Meeting with stakeholders Tracking work and progress, helping create project releases Budget releases Monitoring progress Technical Skills: Technical project management experience Leading/collaborating cross-functional teams Managing project budgets and tracking actuals/forecasts Microsoft suite Flex Skills: Agile experience SAFE agile experience Clarizen Soft Skills: Conflict management Excellent verbal/written communication skills Degrees/Certifications: Bachelors preferred / PMP certification would be a bonus Screening Questions: 1. Please give an example of a large-scale project that you led and what was the size of the budget was that you managed? 2. Please describe a project that you have managed where the project was agile.
