Technology Solution Architect

As a Technology Solution Architect, develops and maintains effective working relationships with business leads and senior management. Oversee specific technology implementations, change management, expectation management, and performance criteria. Undertake ownership/accountability for delivering IT results to the Business Unit with respect to eTrack Application Direct the Business Unit on information system technologies, their functionalities, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements, as well as, seek new opportunities to apply technologies to the business processes Deploy and oversee the value management to deliver process efficiency and ensure effective usage of technology investments Function as an active liaison between CEF (Clean Energy Future) IT and the CES (Clean Energy Solutions) Business Unit to field client related needs / concerns, priorities, and trends. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain QuickReports from eTrack; use SQL or built-in reporting tools to extract, filter, and format program data for operational and compliance reporting. Perform system configuration and administrative tasks in eTrack, including workflow updates, user management, and metadata customization. Troubleshoot integration issues between eTrack and other downstream systems (e.g., MuleSoft/Salesforce), analyzing data flow errors and resolving discrepancies in real-time. Review and approve functional specifications for system enhancements, working closely with ANB Vendor and internal IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals Conduct system testing and UAT support for enhancements, patches, and new features delivered by ANB Vendor or internal development teams. Create and maintain process flow diagrams and technical documentation for data interfaces, user roles, and custom reports. Use Excel, SQL queries, or Power BI/Tableau to build ad hoc reports and data visualizations for program managers and business analysts. Monitor system performance and usage metrics to identify recurring issues, data anomalies, or user trends that require remediation. Manage data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy of incentive tracking, customer records, and invoice data within eTrack. Own and develop day-to-day relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integration as well as establish a deep understanding of the CEScustomers' business and functional needs. Provide product expertise in regards to functional needs and processes. Perform as a key member of project teams to ensure customer needs are met throughout the planning, design, integration, testing and production acceptance stages of projects. Partner with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), System Integrators and Product Vendors to help develop Business Requirements Documents and Requirements Traceability Matrices aligned with CEScustomer needs. Facilitate and coordinate external benchmarking/best practice efforts and relationships with other business organizations. Assist the IT Sr ProgramManager and CEScustomers to develop business cases, roadmaps and cost-benefit analysis of new operational technologies. Provide specific contributions as directed by the IT Sr Program Manager. Job Specific Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the information technology field. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills. 2+ years business analysis experience supporting multiple, large sized, complex projects by documenting requirements, establishing scope, establishing objectives and determining strategy for implementing systems to achieve business goals. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment to learn about new operational technologies and solutions. Work and effectively communicate with a wide range of people peers, vendors, staff members, and others. Ability to proactively communicate technical topics in a clear, succinct, and relevant way. Desired: Advanced degree, e.g. Masters of Information Technology Experience with Operational Technologies and/or Utilities Thorough understanding of IT methodologies and IT/Business processes Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and monitoring for threats and vulnerabilities Strong leadership and influence skills. Ability to work through issues independently with successful outcomes Proactively identify key features, capabilities and areas of improvements needed within the products Excellent teamwork, facilitation, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
