Supply Chain Specialist Demand Planning
Location: Bellevue, WA, USA Type: Contract Duration: 1-2 Years Pay Range: $44 per hour on w2 Job ID: 156819 Responsibilities:
Own and manage rolling 45+ week demand forecasts for assigned categories, incorporating business insights and channel inputs. Monitor key performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turnover, and aged inventory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on forecast assumptions and proactively adjust to minimize surplus or stockouts. Serve as a primary point of contact between U.S. and China HQ teams for production allocation, delivery schedules, and escalation management. Support and improve CPFR processes to strengthen collaboration with retail partners. Generate both routine and ad hoc planning reports to support internal and customer-facing teams. Lead or contribute to planning automation and process efficiency projects. Provide guidance to junior team members and support operational excellence across the function. Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning. Consumer electronics or retail industry experience strongly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; comfortable working across time zones and with international teams. Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Salesforce familiarity with POS analytics tools (e.g., Alloy, Power BI) a plus. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and navigating ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset.
