Position Summary

SunPower is looking for a results-driven Operations Data Analyst to turn data into decisions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate our growth. In this role, you'll analyze trends, automate reporting, and partner with teams across procurement, logistics, and field operations to drive measurable improvements. Key Responsibilities

Data Insights & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs for supply chain, field performance, fleet, and corporate operations. Ensure data integrity across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, financial, and field service platforms). Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization

Identify inefficiencies and recommend changes to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Lead automation projects that reduce manual work and improve data flow between teams. Partner with stakeholders to implement standardized best practices across SunPower operations. Operational & Financial Support

Review and reconcile vendor transactions, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy. Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate accruals, reconciliations, and period closes. Provide analytics for fleet usage, equipment performance, travel expenses, and more. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments to address operational challenges. Engage with both internal partners and external vendors to improve efficiency and resolve issues. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in analytics, operations, or business intelligence roles. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros/VBA). Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI), and scripting languages (Python or R preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of operational and financial processes such as purchase orders, accruals, and budgeting. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in renewable energy, solar, or construction industries. ERP system experience (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP). Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification. Proven track record of implementing measurable process improvements and cost savings.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
