Construction Site Manager
Managing construction sites, including maintenance of 300 apartments and student housing properties to ensure that they are safe, secure, and well-maintained; plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects from start to finish; plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines; installing high-end marble countertops, stair treads, risers, and custom fireplace surrounds; prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports; interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, and clients; installing marble, ceramic, and porcelain tiles for residential setting, including high-end bathrooms, kitchens, and entryways; inspect completed installations to ensure perfect alignment, functionality, and aesthetic quality; direct and supervise two construction workers. Min. Requirements:
