Multi Modal-Clinical Coordinator
The posted compensation range of $40.66 - $58.96 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Position responsibilities include utilizing portable phones for communication convenience, conducting staff rounding and performance appraisals, rotating staff roles within the lab, overseeing vendor visits, and coordinating own PTO with other SLCs. When assuming the role of CST, adhering to surgical standards, establishing consistent standards for room turnover, maintaining proper documentation, assigning preceptor, maintaining open communication with physician partners, ensuring family updates, overseeing vendor visits, assisting with selection of equipment and supplies, reporting equipment malfunctions, maintaining consistent running of all labs, and assisting in the coordination of Cath Lab staff and equipment with the OR for hybrid cases. Additionally, meeting weekly with the Clinical Director. Minimum requirements include an Associate's Degree or completion of an approved training program, BLS, and two (2) years of experience in a cardiac cath lab or two (2) years of surgical tech experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting. Position summary includes performing a wide range of clinical and service line duties, including administrative, clinical, surgical, technical, day to day supervision, evaluation and management of staff, equipment and supplies, clinical interaction with patients, professional interaction with physicians and staff, quality enhancement, high productivity, and effective communication with all members of the team to facilitate the best possible outcomes for our patients, physicians, and department.
