Job Title: Configuration Manager

Our work depends on a Top Secret cleared Configuration Manager joining our team to support our intelligence customer. Responsibilities: Regularly conduct inventory assessments to ensure audit compliance and accurate customer reporting Establish and manage a comprehensive configuration management system while performing complex configuration management initiatives Provides configuration management support to assigned projects Designs and establishes configuration management documentation Authorizes the release of drawings and changes specified by Program Management and other functional groups Provides advice and guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation Builds and develops application tables/panels/reports, and codes individual modules and complex functions for a client/server enterprise application Integrates software, develops external interfaces, and maintains technical documentation Designs and develops most aspects of data conversion Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues Develops tools/scripts to support and improve current build and release process and continuous integration and delivery initiatives Ensures the integrity of builds and artifacts to support successful production releases Drives technology release strategy, execution, and improvements across development life cycle Designs a pipeline that minimizes manual involvement and leads to continuous improvements Collaborates with other departments to implement best practices for release tools and process and improve productivity Manages end-to-end availability, security, and performance of mission-critical release practices and environments May act as a liaison between Program Management and other functional groups to resolve issues regarding configuration analysis documentation Qualifications: BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience Active Top Secret clearance required Location: Customer Site US Citizenship Required GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: 401K with company match Comprehensive health and wellness packages Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications Cutting-edge technology you can learn from Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
