CGI Federal is currently seeking a Lead Solution Architect for future projects with prior experience supporting the Social Security Administration (SSA). This role will be onsite in Woodlawn, MD (no remote). Candidates should reside within 2 hours of Woodlawn, MD. Your future duties and responsibilities include: Describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the software to project stakeholders. Define features, development phases, and solution requirements. Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered. Identify the best technical solution to solve existing business problems. Manage solution development and create solution prototypes. Design technical solutions that meet functional and technical requirements while working within project constraints such as budget, schedule, risks, and licensing. Enforce guardrails that promote best practices for application design and implementation. Architect Pega environments. Architect ServiceNow Environments. Architect AWS Environments. Required qualifications to be successful in this role include: The Lead Solution Architect shall possess a BS/BA or equivalent with a minimum of ten years of information technology experience. Solution Architect shall be responsible for creating new workflow configurations and modifying existing ones to maximize production and operating efficiency. The individual in this position shall be responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs. The individual shall troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace. The individual shall provide architectural guidance and detailed specifications for proposed solutions. They shall have a minimum of three years of experience with supporting an Inspector General or law enforcement agency. Preferred Certification: Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification, Certified Amazon Web Services System Administrator, Certified Amazon Web Services Cloud Engineer.
