Job Description:
Overview :
Were looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute engaging email and content marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, has a passion for storytelling, and is skilled in optimizing digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and product announcements Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and on-brand Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance Build and maintain email templates, nurture flows, and landing pages Ensure email quality, deliverability, and compliance with best practices Personalize content using audience insights and data Track and report on key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and recommend improvements
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience writing and building consumer-facing emails Strong understanding of email marketing best practices Excellent communication, project management, and proofreading skills Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
