We are looking for a meticulous and client-focused Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This contract position offers an opportunity to provide Tier 1.5 technical support, bridging basic troubleshooting and more advanced IT tasks. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network printers. Provide support for Office 365 tools, including account setup, license management, and troubleshooting mail flow, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Manage and configure Active Directory and Group Policy settings, including user account provisioning and password resets. Conduct basic network troubleshooting, particularly with devices such as Ubiquiti and SonicWall. Deliver prompt and thorough technical assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps, solutions, and system configurations within the ticketing system. Proactively monitor systems and networks to identify issues and optimize performance. Collaborate with Tier 2 support staff to address complex technical challenges and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in IT support, ideally within a managed service provider environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications and Active Directory configurations. Basic understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and connectivity. Familiarity with Ubiquiti and SonicWall devices is preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to handle service desk tickets efficiently and accurately. Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO) and network printer setups. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 applications.
