Looking for an Account Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at Trustmark. Reconciles suspense and ledger file accounts between CBS and Finance. Key Accountabilities include: preparing monthly invoices and reporting for Carrier Fees; leading complex account reconciliations and performing high-level analysis of financial transactions to ensure accuracy; preparing and organizing detailed audit documentation and schedules; overseeing the execution of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR); supporting month-end close processes; entering journal vouchers accurately; conducting research and resolution of premium billing discrepancies; managing ACH and suspense account reconciliations; partnering with Finance and operational teams; assisting with development of recurring reports and dashboards; driving continuous improvement initiatives; and reconciling premiums transferred between systems. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED. 2+ years' experience in financial reconciliation, journal vouchers, and billing operations in a corporate environment. Proven experience with billing processes and accounts receivable management. Proficiency in account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution. Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting. 2+ years billing payroll deduction experience. The compensation range for this role is $24.38 - $35.23 per hour. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
