Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in building secure, scalable, and cloud-native applications. This role demands hands-on experience with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps practices.

Principal Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-native software applications using Python, Django REST Framework, FastAPI, React, and Next.js within a microservices architecture.

Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate with OIDC/OAuth-based authentication systems, ensuring compliance with advanced security concepts for apps in Azure and Entra ID cloud-native app security.

Lead the deployment and orchestration of containerized applications using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes, with a focus on developer-centric Kubernetes practices.

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, incorporating automated testing, security scanning, and deployment workflows.

Package and distribute Python applications using modern Python packaging standards and tools.

Stay current with emerging technologies, including GenAI and LLMs, and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience with demonstrated expertise in Python, React, including frameworks like Django REST Framework, and FastAPI.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience building and securing cloud-native applications on Azure or GCP, with deep understanding of OIDC, OAuth, and Entra ID security models.

Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes, especially in developer-focused environments.

Strong command of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and version control with Git.

Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using Bash, and PowerShell,

Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST API design, and Python packaging best practices.

Familiarity with advanced application security in cloud environments, including threat modeling and secure deployment patterns.

Experience with GenAI and LLMs is a plus.

Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members.

Pay Range: $64-65
