Asp.net Developer
We are seeking an ASP.NET developer with 6+ years of technical experience and healthcare domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in .NET Core Web API to meet business requirements. This role involves working in a model with a focus on developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The candidate will contribute to the company's mission by delivering impactful software that enhances our services. The Technical Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core. With a focus on SQL database management, the candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Requirements: Lead the design and development of software applications using ASP.NET Core Web API to meet business requirements. Oversee the implementation of .NET Core solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Provide technical expertise in SQL database management to optimize data storage and retrieval processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience. Ensure the quality of code through rigorous testing and debugging processes. Develop and maintain documentation for software applications to support future development and maintenance. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of software projects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their technical needs. Qualifications: BS or equivalent experience Applications will be accepted until August 14th, 2025. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is $55,350 to $82,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
