Position Summary: The inventory coordinator position is responsible for in-depth investigation of missing material, inventory variances, location reconciliations, product label changes, executing workflows, and other surrounding inventory tasks. Job Responsibilities: Actively researching and maintaining "Cycle" locations Tracking lost material utilizing AS400 and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Tracking label changes/workflows in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Research and identify inventory balance issues Run empty location reports Responsible for assigned weekly and monthly product counts Follow ISO instructions Change Item workflow's Contribute to team effort by performing other duties and assignments as required May have to travel between Erlanger facilities Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Intermediate math calculations Microsoft Excel/Office tools Very High level of attention to detail Ability to adapt, multitask and effectively communicate Fork Truck/Standup/Cherry picker experience Willingness to travel between local Erlanger facilities (5-10%) Physical Demands: Standing Walking Lifting an average of 50lbs Potential for respirator use Stand Up and Cherry picker fork truck use Employees in this position working at this location are [or may be] exposed to various potential chemical and food allergens due to the nature of our business and the requirements of the job. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay for this position is expected to be: $23.00
