Riverside Medical Clinic is the best place to work, practice medicine, and receive care. Summary: Responsible for covering clinical offices based on operational need. Assists in the examination and treatment of patients, takes vital signs, records patient charges, records patient history, assists in minor office procedures. Participates in patient education, communicating effectively with others and functioning in the scope of practice. Thorough knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques. Job duties to include but not limited to pre-op calls, pre-op, intra-op, post-op. Must be flexible to float between departments. Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Current California licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Graduate of accredited school of Licensed Vocational Nursing. One (1) year previous experience in an ambulatory care setting. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license, current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association and IV certification required. Current ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association certification preferred.
