Location:
Full-time On Site, Croton-on-Hudson, NY Hours:
M-F 8am – 5pm + One Saturday per-month Compensation:
This is a full-time, hourly position compensated at $24.00- $27.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and address walk-ins providing exceptional customer service. Set sales appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling to maximizing sales opportunities. Manage material deliveries to the office and worksites. Perform general administrative tasks, including correspondence management, document filing, and maintaining office records. Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for residential exterior projects. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars for the team. Support the office's daily operations, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment. Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and construction teams to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and providing team support. Report to the Brand President, providing updates on office operations, material deliveries, and market expansion progress. Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis on a regular cadence Sending purchase orders to vendors Weekend work at home shows or special events Inventory and Ordering office materials Overall office organization Qualifications: 3 + years demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer-centric environment Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to successfully multi-task and dynamically manage priorities Experience managing project schedules a plus
