About the Role We are looking for an incredible new addition to our growing embroidery department in Atlanta, GA! We are looking for hard workers with a sense of urgency and a passion for excellence to join our department. As the Embroidery Finisher, you will accurately process customer orders requiring embroidery. You will keep our operations running smoothly by participating in various embroidery department processes including order check-in, quality control inspections, thread trimming, folding, and packaging of goods all in preparation for final shipment to our high-end clients and customers. You will work on orders received from multiple sales channels such as e-commerce, corporate, golf, etc., and will gain first-hand experience in high-volume retail production and working hands-on with apparel.

Core Responsibilities Neatly trim stabilizer/backing off of garments to ensure high quality logos that look presentable for high-end clients. Sticker, fold, and bag completed embroidered garments in preparation for shipment. Follow standards and methods for inspection of garments prior to embroidery machine processing and compare garments received with customer's order form to ensure accuracy. Conduct quality inspection post-production to ensure accurate design work was completed prior to shipment. Ensure deadlines are met punctually. Daily updating of production status documents. Maintain high quality control standards. Meet daily output expectations (100-200+ garments a day; will increase with experience and department demand/order volume). Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or production requirements as needed. Keep a clean work area and ensure department is spotless upon departure. Qualifications Must be a team player who moves with a great sense of purpose, passion, and productivity. Has a positive attitude and a teachable spirit. Does well working closely with others in a fast paced environment. Works quickly without compromising quality. Ability to multitask. Has a keen eye for small details and organization. Resourceful, problem-solver, and stays fluid and flexible in the workplace for tasks needed. Ability to regularly lift and carry heavy objects.
