Heating Air Conditioning Technician

Insight Global is seeking an HVAC Technician to support an enterprise organization based in the Indianapolis area. This role would be a direct hire opportunity and would be supporting a team of 7 technicians. Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment, including calibration of related instruments, gauges, and control components Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety Fix equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications

Must haves: 3+ years of experience in industrial/commercial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and support - no residential Universal EPA certification Experience maintaining cooling/heating levels for air handlers Strong understanding of blueprints and TAB reports

Plusses: Bachelor's Degree in engineering - HVAC/mechanical preferred GMP/Pharmaceutical industry experience

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Pay: $62,000.00 - $79,000.00 per hour
