Responsibilities:
Work with facility management to implement energy-efficiency strategies and enhance the performance of electrical systems.
Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and systems as required by facility operations.
Stay current with national, state, and local electrical codes and safety regulations to ensure full compliance.
Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize operational downtime.
Carry out preventive maintenance on electrical components such as lighting systems, wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, and panels.
Inspect, service, and repair the facility’s electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring all work adheres to established safety standards.
Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and perform critical repairs to maintain safety and continuity of operations.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations, document findings, and recommend necessary repairs or improvements.
Keep detailed and accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repair activities in line with company standards.
Provide support in maintaining and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and other facility systems when needed.

Required Experience: Licensed Electrician (Valid). 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance. Experience in HVAC repair. Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code). Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. Excellent communication skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics and blueprints.
