What You’ll Do Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and support a team of licensed plumbers. Set performance standards, enforce safety protocols, and foster a culture of accountability and professionalism. Operational Oversight:
Coordinate daily workflow, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all codes and safety regulations. Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize team efficiency. Revenue Growth:
Identify areas for increased sales and profitability within plumbing operations. Monitor KPIs, manage team productivity, and ensure service targets are met or exceeded. Technical Excellence:
Provide hands-on support in the field when needed. Serve as a technical resource for the team and ensure all work meets Restano’s quality standards. Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure customers receive high-quality, timely, and respectful service. Proactively address concerns and lead the team in delivering a top-tier customer experience. Team Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing staff. Build a positive team culture focused on growth, skill development, and retention.
What You Will Bring Strong technical knowledge and ability to support field teams Results-driven with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
