Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Kearny Mesa Spectrum Branch is located at 9119 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., Ste. A San Diego, CA 92123 (potential work from home after 6 weeks of training)

Job description:
6 months of call center experience Good attendance is a priority. After first 6 weeks of training at office, some candidates will work from office and some will work remotely. Client will take this decision. Candidate must have stable internet connection and equipment in case they are approved for remote. Must be flexible for evenings and weekends as well as one shift is from 11:30 AM to 8 PM. Their regular shift is 8:30 AM - 5 PM /7:30 AM - 4 PM/9:30 AM - 6 PM Healthcare knowledge must - HIPAA compliance, Medicaid, Medicare handling Candidate expected to attend 60-80 calls per day. Will handle escalated issues. Investigatory skills/Grievance cases - researching and looking into inquiries Epic preferred Talkdesk Preferred - They are using this Calls will be inbound, however, down the road they are implementing an outbound model as well but that is a long way from now.
