Job Title: Production Technician – Panelboard / Switchboard Assembly

Requirements: • Minimum 1 year assembly experience using hand/power tools (automotive, construction, carpentry, or similar considered) • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Reside within 50 miles of location (Active-Duty Military exempt) • Willing to work required overtime, including weekends Responsibilities: • Assemble panelboards/switchboards using electrical drawings and instructions • Use wire strippers, pliers, and other tools for wiring and assembly • Inspect and test finished products for quality and compliance • Track progress and report part shortages/issues • Handle materials preparation and shipment • Participate in Lean initiatives and maintain 5S workplace standards • Cross-train as needed • Perform additional duties as assigned
