The Logistics Sampling Associate is responsible for collecting samples of incoming raw materials and performing routine testing in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The associate also supports other functions within the Logistics department. Key Responsibilities: Perform sampling of powdered and liquid raw materials upon delivery to the manufacturing site. Use aseptic techniques to collect samples from various containers and equipment, including bags, barrels, and totes. Conduct equipment maintenance, manage inventory and supply orders, and perform routine sanitization tasks (daily/weekly/monthly). Maintain the cleanroom and tools in a sanitary condition; keep logbooks updated for sampling and cleaning activities. Transport materials between the warehouse and workstations using powered equipment and adapt to changing demands based on manufacturing needs. Execute relevant assays by strictly adhering to SOPs and cGMP requirements. Conduct peer reviews of general data relevant to the assigned area. Utilize systems including DMS, iLab, LIMS, TrackWise, and SAP. Serve as a qualified trainer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the primary department. Perform safety inspection walkthroughs to support departmental safety initiatives. Physically transfer consumable materials from the warehouse to the workstation and complete Transfer Orders in SAP to maintain accurate inventory records. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager to support the Logistics Team.
