We are seeking a detail-oriented
Document Clerk
to join the legal department of a respected organization, supporting the
Office of the General Counsel . This is an excellent short-term opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with digital systems.

August 18th (or possibly sooner) Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location:
Onsite (no remote option) Pay:
$15/hour Assignment Duration:
4-8 weeks
Responsibilities:
Scan, organize, and upload documents into the internal legal management system Maintain file integrity and naming conventions Follow confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive legal documentation Perform additional administrative tasks as needed in support of the legal team
Qualifications:
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable working with scanning equipment and digital systems Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks accurately Prior administrative or clerical experience a plus (legal office experience is a bonus but not required) For immediate consideration, please send your resume to
