Job Summary: Under the supervision of a radiologist, the MRI Technologist performs high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures in accordance with safety standards and clinical protocols. This role includes patient preparation, venous access, image acquisition, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal imaging outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Perform MRI procedures, including neuro, body, and extremity imaging based on radiologist-approved protocols. Ensure safety in the MRI environment and provide radiation protection as per guidelines. Prepare, position, and communicate with patients to ensure comfort and understanding of procedures. Start IV lines and administer contrast agents as directed. Operate MRI equipment and process images using RIS/PACS systems. Conduct quality control checks and report equipment issues. Maintain supply inventory and assist in exam setup. Serve as a liaison between radiology and clinical teams to support patient care.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. ARRT certification in Radiology and MRI is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong understanding of MRI physics, anatomy, and patient care standards. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
