Job Description: We are looking for a motivated professional who excels in providing high-quality customer support via phone, email, and written communication. The Contact Center Representative will serve as a primary point of contact, delivering accurate information with empathy and professionalism. This is a

contract-to-hire role

with great potential for growth and excellent benefits upon conversion.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries from participants, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person communication. Research and resolve issues related to claims, benefits, and eligibility while providing clear and accurate information. Accurately document all customer interactions in the system. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, processing forms, and handling special fund or disability claims. Navigate online resources to assist customers with account or benefit information. Monitor call queues and handle after-hours messages as needed. Collaborate with management on special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications: Experience:

1+ years in a call center, customer service, or data-entry role (medical billing or claims experience preferred). Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to type at least 40 WPM. Soft Skills:

Strong written/verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, reliability, and a professional demeanor. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Additional Details: Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, full-time. Work Arrangement:

On-site during contract phase; hybrid schedule may be offered upon conversion. Contract Length:

6-month contract with a strong potential to convert to a permanent role. Background Requirements:

Must pass background check and drug screening prior to starting.
