A private, UHNW family in Newport is seeking a warm, experienced, and highly organized nanny to support the care and development of their three children (ages 3, 7, and 10).

The role requires a proactive, team-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and maintains strict confidentiality at all times. Key Responsibilities: • Provide full-time, daily care for a 3-year-old child • Prepare healthy, child-friendly meals and snacks for all three children • Oversee the organization and logistics of children’s daily activities and routines • Pack and manage school lunches • Support extracurricular activities (e.g., school events, soccer, park outings, playdates) • Supervise and assist with homework and school projects • Manage occasional children’s laundry and wardrobe organization • Collaborate seamlessly with household team members (estate manager, personal assistant, etc.) • Maintain flexibility with scheduling to meet the family’s evolving needsIdeal Candidate: • Professional, trustworthy, and discreet with a background in private family settings • Energetic, engaging, and attuned to child development needs across multiple age ranges • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple schedules • Team player who communicates well and takes initiative • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
