Position Overview: We seek a motivated and skilled Instrumentation Controls Technician to join our expanding team. This multi-disciplinary role strongly focuses on instrumentation and control systems, particularly in the water and wastewater industry. The position offers substantial opportunities for technical advancement and career growth.

Key Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain instrumentation, process controls, and SCADA equipment. Conduct routine and emergency maintenance of control systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to control and SCADA systems. Coordinate repair, testing, and installation of control panels and remote SCADA hardware. Perform field wiring of control panels and instrumentation. Install and test radio telemetry systems (antenna masts, coaxial cable, antennas, etc.). Install and calibrate pressure, flow, level, and analytical instruments (including tubing and instrument stands).

Qualifications & Skills: Solid understanding of project specifications, electrical schematics, and control panel design. Knowledge of AC/DC theory, relay logic, and electrical and electronic control systems. Hands-on experience with 2- and 4-wire device loop wiring and instrumentation (level, flow, pressure, analytical). Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills. Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision. Team-oriented and flexible with a willingness to support multiple technical disciplines. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Capable of working at heights and in various field environments. Willingness to travel based on project assignments. Experience with PLC/SCADA software is a bonus.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of field installation experience required.
