Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of tasks including warranty inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or walk-ins. Handle customer service calls, including follow-ups on previous work (e.g., roofing, windows) to ensure customer satisfaction and address any warranty-related issues. Schedule and manage appointments for sales representatives, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and customer requests. Process warranty claims efficiently, maintaining clear documentation and communication with customers. Take detailed notes on customer needs and interests, and relay information to the sales team to facilitate business opportunities. Coordinate final measurement meetings with clients and assist in finalizing project details. Manage supply orders for projects, ensuring all necessary materials are procured in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the company database. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software. A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
