Monsey, NY 10952 (100% Onsite - Vehicle Required for weekly mail runs) Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Up to 5 Hours of Overtime Weekly as Needed) Assignment Duration:

12 Months (Potential to Convert) Pay Rate:

$22.00 per hour Job Overview: Seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Draft and prepare state and county documents Manage incoming and outgoing mail across departments Communicate effectively with internal team members via phone and email Perform weekly mail runs (vehicle required) Support general office functions with professionalism and attention to detail Qualifications: Entry-level candidates welcome Basic computer skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
