Systems Integrator, Expert Level, McLean, VA Job Description
The Systems Integrator will support the stand-up of a new Enterprise Platform Program Management Office (EPPMO). The Systems Integrator will assist the EPPMO front office in documenting, tracking, and scheduling agenda items for EPPMO meetings, as well as creating and publishing meeting minutes and action items. The Systems Integrator will work closely with office leadership and report to the EPPMO leadership. Duties may include:
Develop mission-focused strategic plans that capture existing capabilities and outline future capabilities and dependencies Create reports and briefings that clearly describe complex programs and future plans Develop regular status reports for leadership to share with senior executives and partners Share technical accomplishments and progress with non-technical audiences and stakeholders Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations in collaboration with customers Assist sponsors in modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans Design and deliver executive-level communications and briefings on organizational transformation and business process changes Execute strategic plans and complete action items to support the organization’s setup Update Active Directory Groups for SharePoint access and meeting invitations Document EPPMO accomplishments for weekly directorate highlights Travel locally to discuss initiatives and projects Facilitate information gathering and sharing on technical challenges across organizational boundaries Required Qualifications:
Experience with board/council management Experience with IT strategic planning Experience designing and delivering executive IT communications Process-oriented with strategic thinking and collaboration skills in technical settings Ability to identify options and overcome challenges to advance the mission Experience coordinating and completing action items Experience facilitating technical exchange meetings Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, computer science, or business Experience with IT organization transformation Experience with the Sponsor’s IT mission Experience with ServiceNow About Fuel
