Leidos is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to support an enterprise IT program, focusing on Lifecycle Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes under the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Primary Responsibilities Develop and modify System Security Plans (SSPs), security requirements, and supporting documentation for A&A. Analyze business needs to determine security requirements and assist in evaluating industry offerings. Create and review RMF documentation, assessment reports, and develop mitigation strategies like Plans of Action and Milestones (PoAMs). Support system accreditation, provide cybersecurity recommendations, and ensure compliance with security policies and frameworks. Act as the lead for Certification & Accreditation (C&A) and Assessment & Authorization (A&A), coordinating risk management and reporting across projects. Requirements TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of experience or Master's degree with at least 10 years of experience. Basic Qualifications Experience as an ISSM, ISSO, or ISSE. Knowledge of systems security practices, policies, and the RMF lifecycle. Experience with Non-Title 50 systems, enterprise networks, and security documentation.
