Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze customer requirements and tailor system use to meet those objectives. Develop project plans and timelines to successfully deploy solutions and assist with data conversion. Support users across all relevant sites, understand end users' SAP FI requirements, provide training and documentation, and maintain strong end-user relationships. Coordinate with HQ for the implementation and optimization of SAP FI processes to meet customer needs. Identify process improvements from support issues to minimize recurring support. Guide users in defining and designing processes, document business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements. Monitor and report on issue status, review performance standards, and provide reports. Serve as the primary on-call support for troubleshooting and system issue resolution. Provide support during after-hours, holidays, month-end closing, promotional periods, and critical situations. Salary : $130k - $150k / year Support required from 9 am to 6 pm EST Bilingual (Korean and English) required Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline with an IT focus 8+ years of experience as a SAP functional or business consultant Experience with SAP FI in ECC 6 environment Full lifecycle SAP implementation expertise in FI Experience with SAP Public Cloud preferred ABAP debugging skills preferred Experience processing various EDI document types and familiarity with EDI systems and architecture Project management experience, including planning, testing, training, and documentation Understanding of SDLC, application development, and IT practices Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Willingness to challenge practices and take calculated risks Ability to prioritize and work under pressure Effective time management based on roles and objectives All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
