Responsibilities Peraton requires a PKI Administrator to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3. Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill AFB, FL, and at TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad. The purpose of the SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, TSOCs, and deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services. These services include maintaining Network Operations (NetOps), systems and network infrastructure, end user and device support, configuration, change, license, asset management, training, and IMACs. These responsibilities are crucial for USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and end-users operating globally 24/7/365. PKI (client token)/LRA Support requires attention to detail and in-depth PKI knowledge to provide Local Registration Authority (LRA) services. This role involves technical support for token and certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation. The PKI support team operates a PKI and help desk to assist users, develops PKI policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with DoD PKI directives. Typical duties include: Providing Tier one and two PKI support. Troubleshooting PKI client-server issues, middleware applications, and configurations. Acting as a PKI Trusted Agent, verifying identities, validating certificates, and managing revocation requests. Supporting Smart Card token issuance and renewal. Reporting on token issuance, revocation, renewal, and issues encountered. Supporting engineering activities and transitioning products into operations. Applying PKI concepts, technologies, and best practices for certificate management, digital signatures, and encryption. Managing PKI infrastructure, including key generation, certificate issuance, revocation, and management. Collaborating with team members, engineers, and stakeholders. Communicating technical information effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Ensuring PKI infrastructure compliance with standards. Automating PKI processes using scripting and automation tools. Qualifications • Minimum 9 years with a High School Diploma, 7 years with an Associate/AA degree, 5 years with a Bachelor/BS degree, or 3 years with a Master/MS degree. • Experience with SIEM, log analysis, vulnerability analysis, and scripting. • DoD 8570.01M IAT Level II certification. • A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required. #SITEC2025 Peraton Overview Peraton is a next-generation national security company supporting missions worldwide.
