Job Summary
Quality Improvement
Assist with Non Conformance Corrective Actions for department utilizing root cause Analysis Develop and Implement Work Instructions for all Part Numbers Provide technical assistance and solve root cause quality incidents Provide technical assistance to machine operators Train operators as required
CNC Programming
Create and maintain programs for CNC machines. Maintain ISO CNC program control
Process Improvement
Implement new technology including machines, tooling, and fixtures Implement productivity improvement projects Lead Machining Department C.I. meetings
Required Education/Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary Skills
Ability to read customer and Company provided blueprints, proficiently Ability to complete necessary machine tool set-up procedure Excellent use of measuring devices, such as calipers and micrometers Excellent communication skills GibbsCAM
Schedules
1st Shift 5:00am-1:30pm (Monday-Friday) 2nd Shift 1:30pm-12:00am (Monday-Thursday)
