The provider will provide medical care to patients with genetic disorders, congenital anomalies, and metabolic disorders. Clinical activities will be carried out at Primary Children's Hospital, the University of Utah Hospital, and outreach clinics within and outside of Utah. In addition to clinical service, there is an expectation for academic work, including education, investigation, administration, as well as advocacy. Details The Division of Medical Genetics at the University of Utah School of Medicine is recruiting a Medical Geneticist to assist in the management of patients with genetic disorders. The provider will provide medical care to patients with genetic disorders, congenital anomalies, and metabolic disorders. Clinical activities will be carried out at Primary Children's Hospital, the University of Utah Hospital, and outreach clinics within and outside of Utah. In addition to clinical service, there is an expectation for academic work, including education, investigation, administration, as well as advocacy. Qualified candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Medical Genetics. The selected candidate will receive a faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics on the Clinical or Tenure track at the academic level commensurate with experience and qualifications.
