Role Overview As a Data Architect, you will lead the design of data models, build data warehouses and data lakes, automate data pipelines, and work with datasets of all sizes. Your goal will be to optimize data flow by reducing redundancy and enhancing accessibility within security boundaries. You will apply data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques to connect large datasets from various sources, create data collection frameworks for both structured and unstructured data, and develop cyber and operational analytic tools to aid downstream products, including data mining, modeling, and production. Additionally, you will establish standards, tools, processes, and governance for data management across the enterprise. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum of 11 years' experience as a Systems Engineer with a Data Engineer background Information Technology or Engineering Bachelor's or Master’s Degree preferred Splunk certifications: Core Certified User, Power User, and Enterprise Certified Admin Experience with integrating diverse data streams and data transfer tools (e.g., NiFi, Cribl) Knowledge of data standards, complex networks, and log data analysis Ability to manage and troubleshoot data feeds Proficiency in Python Preferred Skills and Certifications Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect Security Development and Operations (SecDevOps) Experience with scripting tools (Python, ShellScript, Ansible) Cloud security controls and implementation experience (AWS, Azure) AWS Certified Security Specialty Pay Range Full-Time Salary: $150,370 - $255,630 Note: Salaries depend on various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
