You are:
The Marketing consultant will be responsible for ensuring the SAP marketing solutions are set up to integrate and enable marketing/campaign management loyalty processes.
The work:
Implement, configure and optimize SAP Marketing Solutions to align with business objectives Design and execute personalized, automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, mobile and web channels Collaborate with business stakeholders to define marketing requirements, customer journeys and segmentation strategies Integrate SAP Marketing Solutions (SAP Emarsys and SAP Customer Data Platform) with other systems in a retail environment (e.g. Customer Relationship Management, Point of Sale, Order Management Systems) Utilize customer behavior analysis and reporting for developing loyalty programs Develop custom dashboards, campaign reports, and KPIs for performance tracking Support A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and channel performance enhancement
Here’s what you need:
2+ years of experience with SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement or Customer Data Platform (CDP) Experience with SAP S/4HANA Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation flows, personalization, and multichannel campaigns Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and scripting for email templates Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems
Nice to have:
Experience utilizing Emarsys Smart Insight for customer behavior analysis and reporting Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP CDP, or SAP Commerce Cloud Emarsys Certification

California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:
