Position: IT Network Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager This position is 100% onsite, no remote work. What We're Looking For: We seek an IT Manager responsible for managing network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and supervising support staff. The role involves overseeing planning, implementation, and operation of information systems, leading technology initiatives, and ensuring secure and efficient organizational technology use. Responsibilities: Manage and evaluate telecommunications, networks, programming, media, desktops, and support systems. Review hardware/software contracts and pursue economies of scale. Manage, maintain, and optimize networks and servers. Oversee system upgrades, data backup, and security operations. Configure hardware/software and assess system performance. Resolve technical issues and implement change management policies. Ensure data handling complies with legal and company standards. Support stakeholders via help desk and develop IT policies. Cybersecurity Responsibilities: Monitor networks for breaches and investigate violations. Design and maintain cybersecurity plans and standards. Implement security tools and recommend enhancements. Develop disaster recovery and backup systems. Assist technicians and users with security tools and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related; Master’s preferred, or equivalent experience. 7+ years managing technology operations; 10+ years in IT industry. Extensive experience in Windows network administration and team management.
