Position Summary We are seeking a Family Physician (Korean or Spanish preferred) to join our growing team full-time. The Family Physician will provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. This role includes leadership, clinical mentorship, and a strong opportunity to shape the care model of an expanding health center. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including mental health, acupuncture, and pediatric specialists. Provide care through both in-person and occasional telehealth visits. Supervise and mentor nurse practitioners and support staff. Uphold 3Cs mission and values in delivering care with cultural and spiritual sensitivity. Required Qualifications MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine. Active California Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start). DEA certification and current CPR/BLS. At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred. Must be bilingual (Korean or Spanish preferred). Commitment to serving medically underserved and immigrant communities. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $240,000 - $255,000 annually (based on experience, panel size, and performance benchmarks). Loan Forgiveness Eligible: HRSA/NHSC/FQHC-LAL compliant.
