Thurmond Eye Associates is seeking a Cataract-Focused Anterior Segment Surgeon (MD/DO) to join our busy and growing team in McAllen, TX. This is a full-time, employed role with a high volume of cataract cases available immediately, supported by a strong referral network, dedicated ASC time, and full clinical support. While glaucoma training is welcomed, this position is best suited for a high-producing cataract surgeon looking for robust case volume, autonomy, and long-term partnership potential.
