Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team in Tiffin, Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care to patients in a community-focused setting. Position Highlights Practice Location: 27 St. Lawrence Drive, Suite 103, Tiffin, OH 44883 Schedule: Flexible hours, with 36 schedulable patient hours per week Monday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Call Coverage: Office call coverage rotation only, no hospital call responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide acute and chronic care, annual wellness visits, and health maintenance Serve a diverse patient base (40% geriatric, 50% adult, 10% pediatrics) Resume an established patient panel with the potential to see 20-24 patients per day Promote health and wellness by achieving health maintenance goals What We Offer Collaborative and supportive work environment Access to advanced technology, including point-of-care testing and urinalysis Competitive compensation and benefits package Our Mission Our mission is to extend the compassionate ministry of Jesus by improving the health and well-being of our communities, bringing good help to those in need, especially people who are poor, dying, and underserved.
