Bellin Health Asthma & Allergy specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of allergies, asthma and related conditions to individuals of all ages. We are committed to providing the highest quality allergy and asthma personalized care for children and adults. Practice Detail Full-time outpatient practice: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Experience with Immunotherapy Adult & Pediatric Patient Population Participation in regional outreach 2 Board Certified Asthma & Allergy Physicians on Staff 1 Advanced Practice Clinician Call rotation 1:3 EMR EPIC CompensationBase Compensation Production Bonus Performance Bonus 2-year Compensation Guarantee Signing Bonus available Relocation Allowance CME: $5,000 per fiscal year plus 80 hours of paid time off CTO: 264 hours of paid time off per fiscal year
