Physician (MD/DO) - Walk-in Clinic PA, 1.0 FTE, Port Angeles & Sequim, Days & Evenings, Wkn/Hol 2024 Compensation Information: Base salary of $252,211 with incentive compensation for any qualifying wRVUs earned over the annual threshold of 3,800 wRVU at the rate of $35.28 per qualifying wRVU. Incentive compensation is paid quarterly. JOB SUMMARY: The provider in this position provides medical care to patients in a hospital based outpatient clinic, providing Same Day Primary Care level access. Must demonstrate a high level of expertise in diagnosis and treatment of adult and pediatric patients. Often meets with family members to discuss care plans and other medical treatment issues. Characterized by an increased complexity of clinical decision-making ability.
