About the Opportunity As a Neuroendovascular Physician with Covenant HealthCare, you'll join a collaborative and comprehensive neurosciences team, working alongside: Three skilled Neurosurgeons Four experienced Medical Neurologists A strong group of Neuroradiologists You will play a pivotal role in a program recognized for its excellence and poised for continued growth. Key Highlights of Our Program Primary Stroke Center with Top Honors: Covenant HealthCare has been granted the highest award by the American Stroke Association for providing outstanding stroke care. We are actively pursuing Comprehensive Stroke Center status, and you'll be instrumental in achieving this designation. High-Volume Emergency Department: Our region's busiest Emergency Department sees approximately 100,000 visits per year, providing a robust and diverse case mix. Dedicated Neurotrauma Critical Care Unit: Benefit from a 10-bed dedicated Neurotrauma Critical Care Unit and support from a robust hospitalist service. Integrated Rehabilitation Services: We offer state-of-the-art stroke rehabilitation through a joint venture with Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, an attached post-acute care hospital. Our inpatient rehabilitation program is CARF accredited, supported by several physiatrists and neuropsychology consultation services.
